Further to Derayah Financial announcement published on Tadawul & Derayah Financial website on 25/10/2018G corresponding to 16/02/1440H, Derayah Financial would like to clarify that the commercial building in Jeddah which will be entirely leased to the current owner, is subleased to a tenant who is not a related party in the acquisition, for a rental period ending on October 2029G.
