Sale & Leaseback

In a sale-leaseback transaction, a seller sells its real estate assets for cash and immediately signs a long-term lease. Through a sale-leaseback, a company is able to convert one or more critical assets into working capital.

Build to Suit

In a build-to-suit transaction, we fund the construction of a new property or the expansion of an existing one against a pre-lease agreement with a tenant. Advantages include:
