Our Story
Explore More Derayah REIT is a Shariah-compliant closed-ended real estate investment traded fund (the Fund). The Fund aims to generate income on investors’ capital through investing in income-generating real estate assets by the strategy set out in the Fund terms & conditions and the Capital Market Authority regulations. The current portfolio of the Fund consists of 24 income-generating real estate assets distributed across 6 cities and 9 real estate sectors in Saudi Arabia. Derayah REIT’s total asset value is SR 1,492,392,006 as of 31/12/2025. It distributes quarterly dividends of no less than 90% of net profit to unit holders. The Fund is managed following the Real Estate Investment Funds Regulations and the Real Estate Investment Traded Funds Instructions issued by the Capital Market Authority.
