Description of the Event: Derayah Financial announces Derayah REIT Board of Directors’ decision to register the Fund with the General Authority for Zakat and Income for Zakat, as per the relevant regulations. In this regard, the Fund Manager shall appoint an independent advisor to assist in the registration process, calculating Zakat, and other necessary arrangements.
